The following recommended EFT on-line programs, books and resources can help augment the couples therapy when couples are experiencing difficulty in their relationship. This can be especially helpful when you are waiting to be seen for therapy and will help you prepare for the process.  Most of the resources come in book, Kindle and audio formats. When EFT therapist is combined with these recommended resources, the changes can be profound.  Again, these resources cannot replace the effectiveness of Emotionally Focused Therapy but do help facilitate the process.

This is a book has been recommended by the EFT community to help work through affairs especially when toggling back and forth between this and ‘Hold Me Tight’.
